Security Deposit: A security deposit equivalent to two (2) month's rental and a utility deposit equivalent to half a months rental to be paid by the tenant to the landlord on or before the execution of the tenancy agreement, and to be refunded without interest and less any liabilities incurred by the tenant at the termination of tenancy.
Earnest Deposit: The tenant shall pay an earnest deposit equivalent to one month's rental to secure the said property. This sum shall be deemed as the first month's rental in advance, upon the execution of the tenancy agreement.
