Upon confirmation

  • The tenant is required to place one month's rent as earnest deposit with the landlord, upon the principal terms and conditions being agreed upon in a pre-agreement of tenancy signed by the tenant and landlord.
  • The tenancy agreement will thereafter be prepared together with the inventory and signed by the tenant and landlord.
  • Upon signing the tenancy agreement, the balance payments are to be paid by the tenant to the landlord.
